Returns and Satisfaction Policy
- Our goal is to have a satisifed customer in each transaction.
We realize that sometimes Merchandise isn't what you wanted, or there is
a problem with
the merchandise. We have established this policy to explain how and when
we will accept a return of merchandise from customers.
- We handle returns of Blank (unprinted and preprinted) goods differently
from Custom Printed (with your logo or design) goods.
- For blank goods our return policy is very simple.
We want your 100% satisfaction. We realize from time to
time a defective item may be shipped. We will gladly arrange
to replace
defective items. In order to accomodate returns and exchanges items *must* be received
within 30 days of shipment in resaleable condition.
- Please use the return label included with your order. This is coded
and contains your order number for convenience.
- Please include a brief note explaining what you would like us to do.
This helps us to help you.
- If the defect is our fault (rip, tear, different color from order confirmation)
we will arrange the return shipping and pay for it. Please note you
must allow us to schedule the shipping and you must take the package
to an authorized shipping or drop off center. We will not reimburse
shipping expenses that you incur without our written authorization.
- If the return is because you are not happy with the item, you are responsible
for only the cost of shipping.
- Blank goods must be returned within a reasonable time period.
We define a reasonable time period as 30 days from the date of
shipment. Non-Defective Blank merchandise
that is not returned to us within 30 days from the date of shipment
will not be eligible for return.
- For printed goods things are a bit different.
We work very hard with you to make sure your order is printed correctly.
Occassionally we do make mistakes.
In those instances we will work to make things right by replacing the merchandise
or issuing a refund or credit. You must contact us in writing. For
everyone's benefit we will not consider phone
conversations
binding.
- You must obtain a Return Authorization by writing to us at CSR@txshirts.com.
Returns that do not have a Return Authorization may be refused or a research
fee not to exceed $25 charged.
- In the event that we find the merchandise to be defective we will repair,
replace the merchandise, or at our option issue a choice of store
credit or
a
refund. As a general rule we typically handle returns as follows:
- We typically issue a credit or refund when the quantity is less
then 12 pieces..
- We typically will repair or replace the item under all other circumstances.
- We have a right to possession of defective merchandise. It will
be our sole decision to repair, replace, or refund. You are
responsible for shipping the product to us, and we will pay the
shipping back to you by UPS Ground or similar service of our choice.
Merchandise not received in a timely manner (see Item 6 and 7) is
not eligible for return.
- In all cases you agree to abide by our terms and conditions, guarantee,
and shipping policy.
- We will work with you in a reasonable time period to repair or replace
the merchandise. Please understand
that an important part of our process is to analyze defective prints
and determine the cause so that we can eliminate it. This may take as
long as 3 to 5 weeks in some cases.
- The cost and value for merchandise shall be determined soley by the
invoice. Any refunds will be issued in a manner consistent with the way
in which
you
were billed. i.e. if You pay by credit card, a refund will be issued to
that card.
- Returns must be received at our location by an insured, registered
carrier (such as UPS, Fedex, US Postal Service) within 30 days of the
date that we
originally shipped the order or within 14 days
of
the
date
that
we
issued
the Return
Authorization. Returns not received within this time period will be subject
to an administrative research fee of 25% of the order total, or $35 whichever
is greater not to exceed the order total.
- Printed Merchandise not received within 45 days of the
original shipment date will not be eligible for return under any
circumstance
and specifically including defective or misprinted goods. The
timeliness of the return process is very important. Our goal is to
quickly resolve issues and the cost of
providing a remedy escalates significantly with time.
- Return privelages are a courtesy that we extend to customers. If, in our
opinion, you become unprofessional, argumentative, insulting, threatening,
or otherwise unpleasant we may, without consequence, terminate our relationship
with you. This means that if you threaten an employee, argue to no end over
the policies, insult or demean our staff, we may terminate our relationship
with you. In the event that it becomes necessary to take this action our
returns policy will be truncated to "all sales final." It is not
our desire to terminate the relationship with any customer. However, our
employees deserve
to work in a professional and positive environment. Thank you for your cooperation.
